正しいかもしれないけど、物事を前に進めない発言を繰り返し、

本旨に関係のないくだらないことにいつまでもこだわる。

ちょっとでもややこしくなると、あからさまに無関心な態度を示し、

ドタキャンをしたり勝手に役割を離脱したり・・・、するのは、「自分がリーダーとして苦労したことのない人」ばかりです。

また反対に、杓子定規な態度を崩さず、

「完璧でなければ一歩も進みたくない」

「一切の妥協は許したくない」

「明文化されなければ、一切やるべきでないと思う」などと言い出す人もいます。

「組織を動かして成果を出すことがどれほど大変か」、実体験で学んでいない人がチームにいると、恐ろしく非効率なことになるのです。
